tidbits

There's this song on TV called 'chicken noodle soup' that kind of makes
me not miss BET. Now I'm not your typical early 20's guy, I don't
smoke, drink (too much), or go to nightclubs. So when I saw this song on
BET I was fascinated, I couldn't get a chance to see the entire video,
but I keep turning it back on the channel to see if I could catch it..
(note, I haven't looked at BET prior to all this in 2 months), finally
I caught the video with my baby, and we saw it
together (her for the second time), and laughed our asses off. My point
to all this is, why cant we as black people have some damn sense, I
haven't switched to BET in 2 months and the first time I switch to it, I
see chicken noodle soup-with a soda on the side.

A brothers sense were all heightened at once (I was confused).... Man,
so anyway, in the week the GF and I was in my room, and she was doing
some stuff for school, I was watching TV, bored as hell, so I decided
I'm gonna switch to the digital music channels and play some classical
music (which I am a fan of bach-hes the only person I listen to
really..) and I listened and then I switched to the 80's music channel,
man my baby went off into her best singing voice, singing up a storm,
lol. I was shocked to see how much songs she knew, she knew probly all
of them, I knew a few, but baby knew everything... lol.. she sang to her
heart content, and I tried to sing, but if I was a outside I'd prob be
shot mistakenly as a cat in pain.. but anyway, it was fun, we went from
80's 90's 70's some blue grass (yes, especially my baby, was shaking
her shoulders like her life depended on it.). it was indeed a fun
afternoon.

Yesterday I felt really sick, I didn't know what was wrong, but the GF
hereby known as ola, got me some medicine, which made me feel better. My
friend liza got a parking dilemma, as she just got sucked into the
corporate world by the evil empire and now she has to do like myself and
rush to work after class, only thing is she only got max 45 mins to go
get her car, got to the empire and another 5-10 mins to find a parking
spot at the empire. I think she'll be ok, hopefully she timed herself
so that she can figure out her dilemma much better.

Ola and myself are coming up to our 1 yr anniversary, well we just call
it that cause we both don't rem when we actually started going out, and
we figured since her B/d was around that time, we just call it on her
B/D so therefore I wont forget (for the most part).

S did something really weird the other day, she took down her Blog...
now, she's likely going through a hard time, but umm taking down your
Blog is kinda weird, I'll have to call her later (eventually, if I rem).
Then again I did consider deactivating my facebook, and Hi5 acct. cause
I thought it as just seriously crowding me, but then I thought about all
my long time friends, who I never call (or return calls) who would not
be able to contact me or I them. I especially want to keep in contact
with my Jamaican friends.

I'm considering making a list of 100 things to do before I'm 40, and I
will post my list on Sunday. Oh yeah when the hell is the BOONDOCKS
coming back....
